Plastering to beauty
By qwcdirect | July 29, 2010
Plastering is an intelligent concept to provide hardness and strength to your house. You may plaster in gypsum, lime or cement. The first one is primarily used in initial stages to bolster fireproofing of the house.
Lime plastering is done over wooden framework where it is given sufficient time to cool off and get thick. This emanates a sweet smell and gaps in your woodwork are auto sealed.
Cement plaster is currently much in vogue as a sealant. It gels well with concrete structures. You may also do your plastering intelligently so that it comes out rather beautifully. This concept has also been used in beautifying pieces of arts. Plaster expands and then contracts thus enabling it to take any shape. It also gels well with fiberglass creations.
Just remember that plaster tends to come out rather faster than actual concrete construction. Thus you may need remodeling it in periodic intervals.
